Booking & Cancellation

• Advanced Booking: We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability.

• Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip may incur a 25% service fee.

Vehicle Policy

• Cleanliness: To maintain our premium standards, smoking and strong-smelling food are prohibited inside the vehicle.

• Capacity: Our Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Zxi comfortably seats 6 passengers plus the driver. Overloading is not permitted for safety reasons.

Safety & Conduct

• Driver Authority: Our chauffeurs are trained professionals. Any illegal activity or harassment of the driver will result in immediate termination of the trip without a refund.

• Routes: While we strive for the fastest routes, the driver’s decision based on traffic and road safety is final.
